Living on the Mornington Peninsula makes me very humble and proud. I have worked and lived locally all my life and have served the community in several ways.

Having had and continue to have Local Government experience, I can use my expertise to guide property owners in the mandatory compliance for their pools and spas initiated by the Victorian State Government.

I hold a current registration as a Building Inspector – Pool Safety with the Victorian Building Authority and I am based in Mt Martha, servicing the Mornington Peninsula and surrounding suburbs.

Our Process

Initial Contact

Call or email to make an appointment.

Site Inspection

A site inspection is completed and an assessment is made in accordance to the Australian Standard of when the Pool or Spa was built.

Inspection Report

An Inspection Report is completed and payment for services is invoiced and emailed to the property owner.

Certificate of Compliance

A Certificate of Compliance is issued and submitted to council for the council fee only OR a reinspection is carried out 60 days after the initial inspection. Once compliant, a Certificate of Compliance - Form 23 is issued and submitted to council.

Note: Council submission is a service that is offered free of charge by Bay@Bay Pool Inspections. Properties not located on the Mornington Peninsula may be charged a small reinspection fee.

Compliance Renewal

4 years from the initial inspection, you will receive notification by email or SMS reminding you that you are due for another inspection and Certificate of Compliance. This is a requirement of the Building Regulations 2018. The reinspection reminder is also a free service from Bay2bay Pool Inspections.
